An in-depth exploration of the relationship between art and the mountains, led by Chiara Gatti, art historian and artistic director of BAC Bellano Arte Cultura.
Spanning different eras and perspectives, this event brings together the representation of the mountains in art history with contemporary sensibilities. From masters such as Andrea Mantegna to Giovanni Segantini, these natural “giants” emerge as symbols of spirituality, strength, and fragility.
An immersive experience that invites reflection on the relationship between humanity and nature, between memory and change.
Followed by: a guided tour of the exhibition “Marco Cordero. ELEGIA PER UN GHIACCIAIO” at San Nicolao Contemporary Art and the Giancarlo Vitali Museum.
