On Saturday, April 25, Marco Balzano makes his welcome return with an event conceived and designed for Liberation Day: “I cinque libri della nostra Resistenza” (The Five Books of Our Resistance) is dedicated to the books that have successfully portrayed this period as a historical and moral experience, one that still challenges the present. One of the most significant voices in contemporary Italian fiction, Marco Balzano has won numerous awards and has often addressed themes related to historical memory and collective identity. Following his 2023 event, his return to Bellano offers an opportunity to reflect on our shared history and our present.
