From 2019 to 2024, Associazione ArchiViVitali ETS has set up 14 art exhibitions at Spazio Circolo, today the entrance hall of the Giancarlo Vitali Museum, in collaboration with the Municipality of Bellano and curated by the artist Velasco Vitali, with strong reference to the themes and territorial features inspired by the context from which they originate.
Each exhibition is accompanied by a notebook documenting the contents and layout of each exhibition, with in-depth texts.
San Nicolao Arte Contemporanea, reopened to the public at the end of October 2024, is the new venue for contemporary art exhibitions on the ground floor.
The first exhibition is ‘Museum Making’ by Giovanni Hänninen and flows naturally from the restoration project. The photographer has in fact documented all the salient phases of the architectural restoration of this place.
